The Home Spirit Maker uses advanced LM technology (liquid management) which offers automatic temperature control. Set the water flow once, and simply check ONE thermometer to see when the process is complete. Stills using older VM technology require constant water adjustment and monitoring of multiple thermometers. Get it wrong and quality suffers, possibly even losing your entire batch.

Starting with a highly pure 93% alcohol means you get a better quality product once diluted to 40%. Delivering an impressive 97% yield from your fermenter it means there’s virtually no waste – saving you time and money. Superior copper construction provides a smoother taste by removing strong smelling sulphides.
